Implant Bridges
Cases 1-3 below represent implanted bridges replacing missing back teeth on the upper arch.
Case 1

Case 2

Case 3

Implant Dentures
Most people have difficulty controlling their lower denture. The ball-attachment implants shown in the next three cases are very successful in stabilizing the lower denture.
Case 4

He loves how his lower denture feels. “I eat anything I want now.”

Case 5
This is a more extensive implant case. Six implants were placed on the upper arch, then a bar is fabricated that connects the implants and includes four snaps to hold the denture.

Attachments inside the denture that fit the snaps on the bar.

Lynn, along with her husband Bob, was happy to receive her new teeth.
Case 6

In this case the bar is connected to three implants. Two ball and socket attachments hold the lower denture.

Case 7

Another attachment design used here on a bar connecting two implants. I have used many different designs over the past 17 years of implantology work.

Implant Partials
The next three cases exhibit partial dentures being supported by both natural teeth and implants.
Case 8

The three decayed teeth on the right were crowned and the implant added to help support the left side. The photo below shows the attachment on under side of the partial denture.

Case 9

Case 10

These three implants hold the upper partial in and will help the other teeth stay strong for many years.

Elma’s smile looks very nice here because we do not have to use metal hooks around the front teeth to hold the partial. No silver is seen at all.
